Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL or Deutsche Post website.

Shipping Delays
